La ubicación es perfecta fue muy amable y rápido en responder nuestro anfitrión El edificio es muy nuevo de excelente calidad, la seguridad es de 10 también. Mi único sugerencia es poner un espejo con luz para maquillarse en el baño. Sin duda volveremos!"

March 2026Mixas place was absolutely stunning. The views of the city was absolutely amazing. The place was exactly as it was described also it was close to everything which was very convenient. I did experience a slight leak during my stay but maxi fixed the issue and made other accommodations right away. Also was very apologetic. I highly recommend staying here for your stay!

February 2026Nice building with good security, helpful and friendly staff at front desk. Nice apartment like the pics. Few blocks away from the main strip with plenty of places to go. There is also a couple of take out places and beer bar downstairs in the building. Would stay there again.

January 2026Excelente lugar, cómodo, hermoso y limpio, todo muy positivo, lo único por lo que podría quejarme es que al momento de hacer check in, me solicitaron un impuesto adicional a lo que me fue una sorpresa dada que la aplicación fue muy clara que todo iba incluido en el pago total del alojamiento

December 2025ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I thought the photos were breathtaking but walking into the apartment I was even more amazed! This place is everything promised and more! Absolutely gorgeous, safe, incredible staff, responsive and helpful host. Walkable with so many great restaurants around. The view!!! Omg the view. I just loved my stay so much and I absolutely recommend it! As a plus, I had a later flight in the afternoon and I offered to pay an extra night so I could stay in but they allowed me to stay in after check out time for free. Book the place, thank me later! ?

August 2025I extended my stay in this unit so I stayed for about a week and a half. Mixa seems to have multiple units in this building available and I believe this is the most premium unit as of me writing this review. This unit is on the 11th floor facing the Poblado side of the town and the view is fantastic. Studio with one and a half bathroom with layout that utilizes the most of the space of the unit (I would say around 550 sq ft which is big for this area). That swivel TV is a lifesaver since you are able to view from the bed or the couch. Really modern concept loft that I really enjoyed throughout my stay. Provenza is about a 15 min walk if you want to mingle and the distance from the nightlife is sufficient enough to get a good night of sleep. There is a small market literally one block away to get the essentials like water and etc. Great unit with a great view, probably paying little bit extra if you are renting in Mixa vs other units which are I think on the lower floors.
