March 2026We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was straightforward. Overall a great experience and a good place to stay if you’re visiting the area. I would definitely recommend it.

March 2026This is a wonderfully located building. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store walkable. Easy Uber service very affordable. This building has high tech entrance and exit with face recognition. Amazing front desk and 24 hour security. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Luxurious king bed and large fluffy pillows. Great Duvet and modern touches throughout. Loved the room darkening blinds for a nice sleep in. Quiet and away from the street noise. Beautifully appointed kitchen/ bathrooms with modern appliances. Amazing washer/dryer combination. Also great hanging rack. The building is beautiful and they have a great bar from noon to 9:00. An AMAZING restaurant with delicious food . Same hours as the bar and a delicious snack if you wish for a sweet snack at the Gelato Shop. All right off the lobby. Great Awesome views from the Roof Terrace with a lovely terrace pool and seating. I highly recommend and will definitely book again if in Medellin. GREAT

January 2026The place looks just like the photos. The host was very communicative and very responsive. The only complaint I have is the ventalated windows that opened to the hallway. There is one in the bathroom, the kitchen and the closet. Which means you dont have complete privacy. Every time you were in the bathroom, or the shower, everyone could hear you. Every time someone walked the hall, if they weren’t silent (which isn’t realistic), you heard them. I’ve said in other places in MDE and this was a first.

December 2025Great place, very clean and looked just like the pictures. The apartment has a great view and has everything you need. The check in process is a little too much at the building… they literally ask for a seal in your passport, take pics of you, make you come down to get your food delivery… Also, you can literally hear everything happening at the hall and if you have a loud neighbor. Many people playing loud music. Again these are just things happening outside of the host control, but I thought would be helpful to know.
