House Rules:

1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

2. No Parties or Events: The property is located in a quiet and residential area. Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting parties or events.

3. Checkin/Checkout: Checkin is available from 3:00 PM, and checkout is required by 11:00 AM. Please let us know if you need any flexibility, and we will do our best to accommodate.

4. Noise Levels: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect the comfort of our neighbors and other guests.

5. Garbage Disposal: For your convenience, you will find the shut at the hall.

6. Pets: No pets are allowed.

7. Visitors policy:

- Maximum Capacity: The apartment allows a maximum of 3 people, including yourself.
- Mandatory Registration: Companions and visitors must be registered at check-in or at least 24 hours in advance, providing an original ID.
- Overnight Stays: If a visitor stays overnight, they will be considered a guest, and an additional guest charge will automatically apply for the entire duration of the reservation.
- Not registered visits: We reserve the right of admission for unregistered visits to ensure the safety of our guests.
- Responsibility: The main guest is responsible for the behavior and any damage caused by their visitors.
- Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
This is a building with quiet hours and respectful neighbors. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
- Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.
If visitors will stay overnight, they must be included in the original booking or approved by the host.
- No commercial activities, filming, or events are allowed without written permission from the host.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

8. No Minors: Minors are only allowed on the property if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians with original birth certificate. Thank you for your understanding.

9. Cleanliness: Please treat the property with respect. Keep the space tidy and report any damages or issues immediately, feel free to add extra light or deep cleaning for an extra fee.

10. Codes and Access: Please fill up the web check-in form so you have everything you may need for a nice and smooth check in at the building and flat.

11. Air Conditioning: Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the property to conserve energy.

12. Is parking available?
Yes we have free but limited parking lots, Please arrange with us in advance to coordinate the service and confirm space availability.

13. Is early check-in possible?
If we don’t have a reservation checking out the same day, early check-in is possible, and we’ll be happy to arrange it. Otherwise, we can securely store your luggage and let you know as soon as the space is ready. We’ll do our best to get everything prepared as quickly as we can!

14. Is late check-out possible?
If no reservation is scheduled to check in on your departure day, we’d be glad to offer you a few extra hours free of charge. For check-outs later than 1 PM, we will charge extra fees, we recommend booking an additional night to give you the flexibility to leave at your convenience. Let us know, and we’ll confirm what’s possible!

15. Do you provide cleaning during our stay?
Your space will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. If you’d like additional cleaning during your stay, we can arrange it for an extra fee. Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll take care of the rest!

16. Is laundry available?
We have on premises laudry vending machines that you will be able to use.

We are obligated to charge The Value Added Tax (VAT) according to the following rules.

* Non-resident Colombians abroad
* Residents in Colombia
* Foreigners with more than 90 days in Colombia
* Guests who need an invoice in the name of a company
* Guests who do NOT have the migration stamp in Colombia marked (PT)

This my second time in Medellin. the first time I was in this city I stayed at at property near the park and I just felt so dirty. It was not very good. This experience was totally different. I must say I am totally impressed with my stay. I got in much earlier than I anticipated and they accommodated me. I was concerned that I'll probably have to wait until early afternoon but they really made it a point to try to get me in my room and I did not expect that. I also had a small issue and they responded immediately. The property is not located amongst all the noise but if you want to party and have fun it's nothing but a 7 minute taxi ride away. Perfect location, perfect stay, whether if its for business or pleasure they are extremely accommodating. I will definitely reccommend and stay again.

Pretty good place nice view. Pool on the roof was nice great view on rooftop also. Walkable to poblado park. And many restaurants great location. I stayed in this building before and I had an issue I told them and this time the issue was resolved and had a much better experience. This building has great management
