September 2026Beautiful apartment but completely not sound insulated. There are vents that go into the hallway , outside , and other apartments that can’t be closed off, they are permanently open! There was not one night we slept a full night. People’s “girlfriends” screaming up until midnight / the traffic from outside / other neighbors’ alarm clocks. If you’re not an extremely heavy sleeper , this isn’t for you. The concierge was great and would try to resolve the noise issues that happened almost nightly but …. you had to reach out. Also, apartment has nothing need to cook or clean. No olive oil, not even a single detergent for laundry or dishes. For a short stay, it doesn’t make sense to buy them so that was a negative. But again, the noise ruined it for us. Side note , the water pressure was so low sometimes we could barely take showers. The shower is also 50 % of the time cold even if you use the instructions they give you. Positives - Great view with great furniture and a cool swiveling TV.

September 202610/10 Está muy lindo el alojamiento, todo estuvo perfecto, limpio, agradable, súper amables desde el anfitrión hasta los trabajadores. Las vistas son muy bonitas. El edificio está ubicado de una manera muy perfecta porque estás a pasos de restaurantes, cafés, bares, mucha vida y actividades en una zona muy linda. Pero a la vez es muy tranquilo y silencioso.

La comunicación fue rápida y el proceso de check-in fue sencillo. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

June 2026Beautiful place, although beware that they charge an IVA fee, which is not in the listing, and it is not included in the price. The check-in was fairly difficult and a bit annoying as they restrict with guests. Although the apartment is beautiful, and everything is gorgeous. I did rent the apartments specifically for the pool which they told me it was open but when I got there, it was closed and never got to use it. Other than that is gorgeous the staff is friendly there’s restaurants downstairs the bao bun places really good.

April 2026Best value for a luxury apartment in Medellín. Sebastian and his team run the management of these apartments very well. Always attentive in responding to any question I had about the unit. The view from this unit is picture perfect. The spinning TV and set of bath robes take this unit to the next level. Just book it.

April 2026I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and a 15 minute walked to Provenza. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I extended my stay several times because it was so comfortable and convenient. I accidentally left some things there after checking out and the hosts made sure I was able to get them back. 5 stars!

January 2026Mixo really is the spot. It has all the amenities you need for your stay. The place has a lot of room and actually feels way more spacious than it is. The balcony is also nice and very comfortable. Over all my stay was amazing and would definitely stay again. Lastly the host is super friendly and responsive.

January 2026Our stay at Newo MIXA Apartment was excellent. The place is super beautiful, very clean, and located in a walkable area close to great restaurants, which made everything very convenient. The host was extremely kind, respectful, and always responsive whenever we needed anything. We did have a small inconvenience during our stay that was not the host’s responsibility at all; however, they still took the time to help us and address our concerns, which we truly appreciated. Their willingness to help made a big difference. I’ve stayed in many places in Medellín, and this is definitely one I would choose again without hesitation. Highly recommended!
