August 2026Hallo zusammen, Ich kann die Unterkunft vollumfänglich empfehlen. Es gab zwar kleinere Vorkommnisse aber der Gastgeber war immer total bemüht Lösungen zu finden. So hat der Reinigungsservice z.B. nicht ganz sauber gesaugt gehabt, dafür wurde dann aber ein Termin zur nachträglichen erneuten Reinigung vereinbart, der Safe ging nicht allerdings ist das Gebäude Kameraüberwacht, der Pool war leider wegen Wartungsarbeiten nicht verfügbar aber auch hier wurde mir eine kleine Rückerstattung und ein Kaffee angeboten. Alles in allem ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung im Patio Bonito und Fußläufig ist vieles erreichbar. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und kann es empfehlen. Es können ja immer Dinge vorkommen aber ein guter Gastgeber zeichnet sich dadurch aus wie gut er etwas löst!

July 2026He estado decenas de veces en Medellín. Siempre me he alojado en Hoteles en El Poblado. Como esta vez iba 15 días, la estancia en Hotel se me salía de presupuesto. He estado muy agusto, cómodo... al apto no le falta de nada y el edificio es IDEAL para trabajar (un co-working espectacular) dos restaurantes, cafetería... grandes vistas y una piscina. Volveré sin dudarlo. Por cierto, el personal del edificio, muy amable y resolutivo.

June 2026El apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena. En general, la estadía estuvo bien. Como puntos por mejorar, encontramos algunos pelos de mascotas en el apartamento y el último día nos quitaron la luz sin previo aviso, lo que nos impidió prepararnos con anticipación. De resto, fue una buena experiencia.

March 2026Overall, I had a great stay in the Airbnb. The apartment was very nice, clean, and well kept. The front desk staff were professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly, which made the experience even better.d I would definitely come back.

February 2026A newly apartment/Co-Op within the last year within a good and private location in Poblado. Check-in instructions were clear and precise with great assistance from the front desk receptionists especially Manuela. She was very helpful whenever I need instructions or directions. The studio apartment (704) was very clean and looked exactly like the photos on airbnb. The only very very minor issues were that there no batteries in safe and the kitchen did not any paper towels. NEWO, the management company, did provide a services for daily towel changing, or light or heavy apartment cleaning at a cost . I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to rent this apartment.
