February 2026A newly apartment/Co-Op within the last year within a good and private location in Poblado. Check-in instructions were clear and precise with great assistance from the front desk receptionists especially Manuela. She was very helpful whenever I need instructions or directions. The studio apartment (704) was very clean and looked exactly like the photos on airbnb. The only very very minor issues were that there no batteries in safe and the kitchen did not any paper towels. NEWO, the management company, did provide a services for daily towel changing, or light or heavy apartment cleaning at a cost . I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to rent this apartment.
