May 2026A perfect stay! The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and spacious, with a cute balcony. The building is very well-maintained—modern, safe, and clean. The location is excellent. Communication with the host was smooth. The WiFi connection is perfect for those who work remotely. The building has a rooftop swimming pool and a workout area—both are amazing. I especially loved doing morning yoga there ?

March 2026Great room, great location, great host! I loved the beautiful room and it looked just like the pictures. Host was friendly. When I arrived, the soap was empty and the host was able to replace it the same day. Fast internet for work. I never used the coworking space, but it was really nice. The rooftop pool was awesome as well. The location is about a 15min walk from the Poblado and Manila areas where I spent most of my time. So it’s doable, but you won’t want to keep coming and going too often. However, being a little farther from the action was nice for getting quiet and peaceful vibes. The area felt very safe as well. I would 100% recommend. I didn’t like the facial recognition to enter AND exit the building. Not only is this an invasion of privacy, but it never worked properly and was super annoying every single time. Also annoying - the keypad on the door was very touchy and I usually had to try multiple times to get in. Would recommend replacing that. Still a really nice spot!

March 2026A great place to stay. Walkable to all the restaurants and busier areas. I liked being away from the craziness but close enough to experience all that we wanted. Walkable to the metro. Very clean. Nice having the rooftop pool as well.

March 2026I really enjoyed my stay here. The hosts were responsive at all times. The apartment and facilities are beautiful. It’s normal for any guests/visitors in Colombia for the reception to be informed prior and for the guest to bring their ID. However my only negative is that I thought it was a bit unnecessary for me to have to personally escort them into and out of the building ?. Apart from that all was good and I would recommend booking!

January 2026Die Unterkunft ist neu, zentral und sehr ruhig. Der etwas höhere Preis war es durchaus wert. Die eigene Waschmaschine inklusive Tumbler top und auch das Bett sehr bequem.

November 2025¡Me encantó! Volveré pronto. Hay lugares que te cambian la vibra apenas entras. Aquí todo se siente distinto: la energía sube, las ideas se ordenan y el día a día tiene un ritmo que te impulsa. Y en ese momento entiendes NEWO: no es cowork, no es apartamentos, no es café… es la mezcla. Es ese ecosistema que hace que todo fluya sin pedir permiso. Cuando el espacio te conecta, tú simplemente avanzas.
